Dear Participants,
we would like to announce with pleasure that your abstracts were accepted. Please follow the Poster Session presentation and contest instructions:
- • Poster Session will be held on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm
- • Please print out your poster:
- • the maximum poster size is A0 (84 cm wide x 119 cm high)
- • find your poster in the Abstract Book (PDF) and identify your session topic and poster number, then find the appropriate stand and place your poster there BEFORE the Poster Session
- • The Poster Committee will evaluate your presentation, be present next to your poster:
- • Part I (2.30pm – 3.30 pm) – evaluation of posters with odd numbers
- • Part II (3.30 pm – 4.30 pm) – evaluation of posters with even numbers
- • The winner of the Poster Session will be asked to deliver short presentation during the Poster Session Award Ceremony (Friday, November 21, at 5.45 pm). Please be thus prepared for a short (3-5 min) multimedia presentation of your poster
- • For free car parking, please find the Student Parking (see the map at: http://parkingi.polsl.pl/);
- • For the participants who declared participation in the "get together party" - this social meeting will take place on Thursday,
November 20th, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the “Stara Szwajcaria” (Old Switzerland) restaurant, Łabędzka 6 Street in Gliwice. The Organizers will provide bus transportation to the restaurant, starting from the conference venue and from the hotel.
